The local permit was granted by the Haverhill PB on July 27, 2021, while the NHDES AoT permits were issued in 2021. It should be noted the site is ideally suited for the addition of a concrete batch plant or hot mix asphalt plant. Areas outside the permitted areas remain in current use.
