Preparing independent sales associates for success can be one of the most challenging and rewarding aspects of beginning your real estate career.

Designed for agents who want to build a thriving real estate career, the optional Launch Sales Associate Learning Program takes a systematic approach to create awareness of key elements of growing a real estate sales business

Those who commit to this program and adopt the best practices presented will emerge with a complete plan for their own real estate business, including:

  • Goals, with metrics to measure progress toward those goals
  • Sample dialogues which they have customized to make their own
  • Processes for key elements of their real estate business
  • Identified resources which can be used to support their success
  • Plans for targeted prospecting, lead generation and conversion

This seven week program consists of fourteen 90-minute virtual instructor led sessions. Pre-Session Prep materials are provided so that each learner my actively participate in the sessions. Following the sessions, participants are encouraged to Take Action with Business Activities which put what was covered in the session to work in their business.

Participants are encouraged to have a mentor to assist them during LAUNCH. As a best practice, the local mentor has significant knowledge of local real estate business practices and market insight, and is prepared to meet with you to review your progress.
